It is at this moment informed for the information of all concerned in view of the recruitment circular published in the memorandum dated 02 December 2020 and the re-employment circular published in the memorandum dated 13 March 2023 of the Directorate of Health Engineering (HED) under the Department of Health Services that written, practical (where applicable) and Based on the results of the oral examination and the recommendation of the departmental selection committee, the candidates having the following roll numbers have been finally selected for the recruitment.

Directorate of Health Engineering Recruitment Exam Result 2023. Based on the result of the written examination held on 27/05/2023 for the recruitment of Grades 13-20 in the Directorate of Health Engineering (HED) under the Department of Health Services, the candidates bearing the roll numbers mentioned below have been selected for practical/oral examination.

Note: For the post of Office Assistant-cum-Computer Typist as usual practical and computer typist speed tests will be held in Nix font.

 

1. Date, time, and venue of practical (where applicable) and oral examination will be notified through SMS;

2. Candidates must carry the admit card of the written examination during the practical (where applicable) and oral examinations. No candidate shall appear in the examination without the admit card of the written examination;

3. Candidates must bring the original copy of their National Identity Card at the time of the practical (where applicable) examination;

4. Candidates must arrive at the examination venue at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled examination time;

5. All educational qualification certificates at the time of oral examination, national identity card, certificate issued by Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation as proof of own district, training certificate (if any) certificate issued by a competent authority in case of quota candidates and son/daughter of applicant freedom fighter/martyr. – In the case of a daughter, the original copy of the certificate, etc. given by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/City Corporation Ward Councillor/Municipal Mayor/Councillor should be shown. Simultaneously submit 01 (one) set of attested photocopies of the mentioned documents along with an Online filled Application Form;

6. No Type T, A/D, or A will be awarded for Practical/Oral Examination;
