Regarding the Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) and Written Test for recruitment to the vacant post of Research Engineer/Officer in the Housing and Building Research Institute. Housing and Building Research Institute’s Research Engineer/Officer (Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering Division) Preliminary Screening Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) examination and written examination of qualified candidates will be held on 24th February 2024 as per the below below-mentioned schedule for recruitment of manpower vacancies. 1. Candidate must bring the Admit Card (Colour printed ) and show it to the invigilator(s) on duty.

2. The candidate is prohibited from bringing books, bags, mobile phones, or any other type of communication device (including a digital watch). The candidate is not allowed to use any type of calculator. Punitive measures will be taken for any kind of unfair means noticed.

3. The candidate should write his/her answer with a black ink pen (ballpoint). Usage of any other ink is strictly prohibited.

4. The candidate is advised to reach the examination center at least 30 minutes before the exam and can not leave the exam hall until the examination is over.

5. No TA / DA will be admissible for attending the examinations.

6. This admit card will remain valid for the MCQ / written / viva voce examination.

7. The candidate has to show all required original certificates along with photocopies and also his/her application form before the viva board.

8. NID and Nationality Certificate from Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation is to be submitted to the viva board. NID shall be used as proof of his/her district.

9. The candidate has to show the necessary original certificate as proof to avail the facility in respect of the age limit of freedom fighters and persons with disabilities.

10. The candidate must use the same signature on the attendance sheet and answer script as given in the application form.

11. The Authority reserves all rights to change any schedule/matter related to the examination.
