Regarding the oral examination of the candidates who have passed the written examination for the post of “Administrative Officer” (10th grade) of various Ministries-Departments-Directorates to be appointed under the general pool. 10th Grade “Administrative Officer” posts in various Ministries-Divisions-Directorates eligible for recruitment under General Pool (Notification Date: 23.02.2021; Notification No-44) required to pass the written examination held and accompanied by BPSC Form- 5A (Applicant’s Copy) The oral examination of provisionally qualified candidates holding the below mentioned registration numbers who submit the documents/information will be held at Bangladesh Public Works Commission Head Office, Agargaon, Shere Bangla Nagar, Dhaka as per the schedule below.

 

Admit Card of Selection/Written Test of candidates for the post of “Administrative Officer” will be applicable for Oral Test. If a candidate’s admit card is lost or destroyed, the admit card can be downloaded from the Commission’s website www.bpsc.gov.bd or Teletalk’s website http://bpsc.teletalk.com.bd. Oral examination will not be accepted without an admit card.

Original copies of all educational qualification certificates of candidates, National Identity Card, Copy of original clearance letter stamped by the appointing authority in case of employed candidates (where applicable), admit card of selection/written test, proof of age of freedom fighter as per the latest circular issued by the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs/All information (where applicable) and BPSC Form-5A (Applicant’s Copy) must be brought during the oral examination. Otherwise, the oral examination will not be accepted. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the commission building with a mobile phone, or any electronic device during the oral examination.

• a. Attested copies of all educational qualification certificates;
• b. Attested copy of Computer Training Certificate;
• c. BPSC Form-5A (Applicant’s Copy);
• d. Copy of Admit Card of Selection/Written Examination;
• e. 03 copies of passport size recent color photograph attested;
• f. Age proof/documents of freedom fighter as per latest circular issued by Ministry of Liberation War Affairs (where applicable);
• g. If the permanent address of the applicant has changed, attested copy of the certificate in favor of the changed permanent address;
• h. Attested copy of National Identity Card (NID);
• i. Citizenship Certificate;
• j. Attested copy of disability certificate/identity card issued by Directorate of Social Services in case of disabled candidates;
• k. Attested copy of clearance certificate signed by the appointing authority in case of employed candidates;
• l. Attested photocopy of Equivalence Certificate issued by the concerned Equivalence Committee/Ministry of Education in case of foreign degree holders;
• m. In the case of “O” level and “A” level degree candidates, documentary evidence containing date of birth must be submitted. The affidavit will not be accepted for proof of age.

Candidates are required to follow the hygiene rules prescribed by the government to maintain social distancing and appear in the oral examination wearing a mask.

In case of any candidate is found to have a serious (substantive) deficiency in any of the conditions mentioned in the respective recruitment circular At any stage before or after the oral examination, the candidature of the said candidate will be considered canceled.
