The date, time, and place of selection of oral test and other documents will be notified through SMS / Mail and will also be published on the website of the Directorate of Fire Service and Civil Defense (www.fireservice.gov.bd). Candidates must clear all the prescribed exams. Candidates shortlisted for oral examination only: Certificates or original copies of proofs (Educational Qualification Certificate, National Identity Card for proof of age, Citizenship Certificate issued by Municipal Mayor/Councillor/UP Chairman/City Corporation Councilor, from the authority last employed) to prove the correctness of the information mentioned in the application form. 01 (one) set of photocopies (attested by Gazetted Officer Class 1) of all certificates including satisfactory service certificate and character certificate from Class 1 gazetted officer must be submitted during oral examination. The attestation must bear the clear name and designation seal of the attesting officer.

Collect the application form from the office of Welfare Trust of the Directorate of Fire Service and Civil Defense or the website (www.fireservice.gov.bd) between 03.02.2024 and 25.02.2024 to Chairman, Fire Service Welfare Trust, Fire Service And should be sent by post to Directorate of Civil Defence, 38-46 Kazi Alauddin Road, Fulbaria, Dhaka-1000. If the application is not received within the stipulated time, the application will be considered canceled. The ‘Board of Trustees will make the final decision regarding this appointment so that any application (without assigning any reason) may be rejected/accepted and the ‘Board of Trustees will reserve the power to make the final decision.
