For the information of all concerned, it is to be informed that online notification Serial No-23 was issued on 23.02.2021 for direct recruitment of 07 permanent vacant posts of ‘Staff Officer’ (Grade 12) in the Directorate of Fire Service and Civil Defense under the Department of Security Services, Ministry of Home Affairs. is done Among the candidates who have passed the written examination of the said post, the oral examination of the provisionally qualified candidates who have submitted BPSC Form-5A (Applicant’s Copy) will be held at the Bangladesh Public Works Commission Secretariat, Agargaon, Shere Bangla Nagar, Dhaka as per the following schedule.

3. The admit card downloaded from the website at the time of online registration for the oral examination will be applicable for the oral examination. No separate interview letter will be sent from the commission to the candidates for the oral examination. If a candidate’s admit card is lost or damaged, it can be downloaded and collected from Bangladesh Public Works Commission Secretariat website www.bpsc.gov.bd or the Teletalk website http://bpsc.teletalk.com.bd. No candidate can participate in the oral examination without admit card.

4. Candidates participating in the oral examination should download an additional 01 (one) set of BPSC Form-5A (Applicant’s Copy) from the Commission’s website and submit it to the concerned oral examination board along with attested copies of the following documents:

1. Copy of admit card;
2. BPSC Form-5A (Applicant’s Copy)
3. Attested copies of all educational qualification certificates;
4. Attested photocopy of all certificates (Post Graduate/Graduate/B.Sc/HSC/Diploma or equivalent original or provisional certificate) obtained from the Board or University to prove educational qualification. If unable to provide a photocopy of the original certificate, a photocopy of the temporary certificate will be accepted. University or latest examination mark sheet as proof of educational qualification will be initially accepted but an original/provisional certificate must be submitted to the interview board. Candidates with a 4-year Bachelor/Bachelor Honors degree must submit an attested copy of the certificate issued by the Head of Department/Controller of Examination/Registrar for a 4-year duration if the duration of the degree is not mentioned in the submitted certificate/mark sheet/testimonial. will be Otherwise their earned degree will be deemed to be of 3 years duration;
5. Attested copy of SSC/Equivalent original/temporary certificate issued by Education Board for proof of age. In the case of ‘O’ level and ‘A’ level degrees candidates should submit documentary evidence with their date of birth. Affidavit of proof of age will not be accepted;
   Equivalence is granted by the concerned Equivalence Committee/Ministry of Education in case of candidates with degrees obtained from abroad.

7. In case of change of permanent address of the applicant Union Parishad Chairman or City in favor of the changed permanent address Attested copy of certificate issued by Mayor/Councillor of Corporation/Municipality;
8. Copy of experience certificate [if applicable];
9. Attested copy of National Identity Card (NID);
10. Age proof/documents of freedom fighters as per the latest circular issued by the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs (Applicable case);
11. Copy of Admit Card of Selection/Written/Practical Examination;
12. Attested copy of Disability Certificate/Identity Card issued by Directorate of Social Services (where applicable) in case of disabled candidates.
13. 03 (three) copies of passport size recent color photograph attested;
14. Attested copy of citizenship certificate;
15. If the Permanent Address mentioned by the candidate in the application form is subsequently changed or if the husband’s address is used in the case of female candidates, the candidate is required to provide the previous and current address in favor of the changed Permanent address.

05. Original copies of all certificates/documents mentioned in paragraph-4 above must be produced at the oral examination board.

06. Candidate’s registration number must be written on each document. Failure to submit the said certificate/document will not allow any candidate to participate in the oral examination.

07. On the day of the oral examination, entry and use of mobile phones or any communication device in the commission premises (including the canteen) is strictly prohibited and it is prohibited to discuss or interact with any officer/employee of the work commission.

08. Must appear at the respective oral examination board at least half an hour (30 minutes) before the scheduled time of oral examination. Candidates absent from the oral examination on the scheduled date and time will not have the opportunity to participate in the oral examination thereafter.

09. If a candidate is found to have a substantial (substantive) deficiency in any of the conditions mentioned in the relevant recruitment circular, the candidate’s candidature will be considered canceled at any stage before or after the oral examination.

10. Candidates must maintain social distancing by following the hygiene rules prescribed by the government. Candidates must attend the oral examination wearing a mask.
