To fill the vacant posts of serial no. 01, 02, 07, 09, and 10 of the table described in this recruitment circular, ‘Directorate of Education and Engineering (Employees) Recruitment Rules, 2021’, to fill the vacant posts of serial no. 03 ‘Government Institutions Computer Personnel Recruitment Rules, 2019’ and 04, 05, 06 and 08 Serial No. will be followed by the Common Posts Recruitment Rules, 2019 of the attached Directorates, Directorates, and Departments of Ministries or Departments (relevant recruitment rules are available on the website of Directorate of Education and Engineering www.eedmoe.gov.bd). The decision of the appointing authority in any matter related to online application and examination shall be final.

Candidates interested in participating in the exam will fill out the application form at http://eedmoe.teletalk.com.bd website. Date and Time of Online Filling of Application Form and Deposit of Examination Fee: 18/04/2024, 10.00 AM. Last date and time for submission of application form online: 09/05/2024, 5.00 PM. Candidates who have received a User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submission of the application form online. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his color photograph (length 300 x width 300) pixels and signature (length 300 x width 80) pixels and upload it to the designated place. The image size should be a maximum of 100 KB and the signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all the subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be one hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before submitting the application form online.

The candidate shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related need and submit one copy during the oral examination. Rules of sending SMS and payment of examination fee: After completing the application form by filling the application form (Application Form) online properly and uploading the photo and signature as per the instructions, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who submit the application form will get an Applicant’s copy with a User ID, photograph, and signature. If any information is wrong in the Applicant’s copy the image is unclear (completely black/completely white/blurred) or the image/signature is not correct, one can re-apply.

However, no further changes/amendments/enhancements are acceptable after the submission of the application fee. Therefore, before submitting the application fee, the candidate must attach his recent color photograph, accurate information, and signature to the applicant’s copy and confirm its correctness by downloading the PDF copy and a color print. Save it.

Applicant’s copy should be printed or downloaded and saved. Applicant’s copy will contain a User ID number and using the User ID number the candidate can send 02 (2) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner for an examination fee of 300/- (three hundred) for the posts of 1-2 series. A total of 335/- (Three Hundred and Thirty-Five) including Rs. Twenty-three) will be deposited within 72 (seventy-two) hours. It is especially noted that ‘Even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted’.
