Election Commission Secretariat Conducts MCQ Examination for Recruitment. In view of the recruitment circular published by the Election Commission Secretariat dated 27 July 2020, it is hereby informed for the information of all concerned that the MCQ examination of the candidates will be held on the following date and time for the purpose of appointing employees in the Election Commission Secretariat and field offices under its jurisdiction.

Exam Instructions:

a) Admit cards for all posts can be downloaded from this website http://ecs.teletalk.com.bd. concerned candidate Download and print the admit card with roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time and center name, etc. using the User ID and Password. The admit card must be carried on the day of the examination, written/practical (where applicable), and oral examination. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination without the admit card for whatever reason.

b) The candidate should bring the original copy of the National Identity Card.

c) Seats must be taken at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time for the examination and no candidate will be allowed to enter the hall after the commencement of the examination. No candidate shall leave the room until the examination is over.

d) Bringing bags, books, mobile phones, watches, calculators, and electronic cards/devices into the examination room is strictly prohibited.

e) The candidate’s signature on the attendance sheet and answer sheet must be identical to the signature on the application form.

f) The candidate concerned will be expelled for malpractice and misconduct in the examination. Legal action will be taken if necessary.
