Responsible & accountable for the overall business portfolios and supervision of the branch. Roll out and implement the business plan, conduct follow-up and monitoring to achieve planned business target and recovery. Ensure new business development in coordination with Head Office and regular customer visits and cross-selling to existing customer base. Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities. Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly and ensure customer service excellence.  Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
