The candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh and a permanent resident of Sirajganj district. In the case of married female candidates, the husband’s permanent address should be mentioned. The application should be made to the District Commissioner, Sirajganj. Departmental/Job candidates have to take written permission from the appropriate authority to apply within the stipulated time and submit the said permission to the interview board at the time of oral examination. No advance copy of the application of a departmental/postal candidate will be considered acceptable.

Rules and Conditions for Filling and Submission of Application Form Online: Interested candidates can fill out the application form on this website http://dcsirajganj.teletalk.com.bd. Date and Time of Application Form Filling and Application Fee Submission: 25/06/2023 AD. 10:00 AM. Last date and time of submission of application form online: 23/07/2023 AD. 05:00 PM. Candidates who have received USER ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS from the Teletalk Pre-paid Mobile number within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submission of the application form online.

In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300x width 80 pixels) and color photo (length 300x width 300 pixels) and upload it at the designated place. The image size should be a maximum of 100 KB and the signature should be 60 KB. As the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate should ensure the correctness of all the information filled in before submitting the application form online. Candidates shall retain a color print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related requirements and submit 01 (one) copy at the time of oral/practical examination.

Rules for sending SMS and payment of exam fee: Fill out the application form online properly, upload the photo and signature as per the instructions, and after completing the application form submission, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. If any information is wrong in the applicant’s copy or the image is unclear (full black/full white/blurred) or the photo/signature is not correct then one can re-apply. However, no further changes/amendments/extensions are admissible after the submission of the application fee.

Therefore, before submitting the application fee, the candidate must save his recent color photograph, accurate information, and signature attached to the said Applicant’s copy and confirm its correctness by downloading the PDF copy and printing it in color.

The applicant’s copy should be printed or downloaded and saved. Applicant’s copy will contain a User ID number and using the User ID number the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk Pre-paid Mobile number in the following manner Application Fee 200/- (Two Hundred) ) Total offerable Rs.223/- (two hundred and twenty-three) including Rs.23/- (Twenty-three) for a service charge of Teletalk and Rs.100/- (one hundred) for the post mentioned in order no. ) shall deposit a total of 112/- (One Hundred and Twelve) Rupees within 72 (Seventy-Two) hours.
