Candidates shall keep a color print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any exam-related need and submit one copy at the time of oral examination. Rules of sending SMS and payment of examination fee: Fill out the application form online properly and upload the photo and signature as per the instructions. After completing the application form submission, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer.

If any information is wrong in the Applicant’s Copy or the image is unclear (completely black/completely white/blurry) or the image/signature is not correct then one can re-apply. However, no further changes/amendments/extensions are admissible after the submission of the application fee. Therefore, before submitting the application fee, the candidate must save the recent colored photograph of the Applicant’s Copy, with the correct information and signature attached, and confirm its correctness by downloading the PDF copy and saving it in color. Candidates should print or download the Applicant’s Copy and save it.

A User ID number will be provided in the Applicant’s Copy and using the User ID number the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner for an examination fee of 100/- per person and service charge of Teletalk for each post. Total 112/- including non-refundable Tk 12/- shall be deposited within 72 (seventy-two) hours. It is especially noted here that even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted in any case until the examination fee is submitted.
