Brahmanbaria District Commissioner’s Office Recruitment Circular 2023. Ministry of Lands, Field Administration-1 Division, as per the clearance letter dated 06/03/2023, in order to fill up the following vacant posts in the offices under the revenue administration of Brahmanbaria district on a temporary basis, from the permanent residents of Brahmanbaria district in the following conditions, in the model form/prescribed form introduced by the Ministry of Public Administration. Applications are invited online (http://dcbb.teletalk.com.bd website). Applications sent through any medium other than online will not be accepted.

Candidate age must be between 18 to 30 years as of 25/06/2023. According to the instructions of the memorandum number 05.00.0000.170.11.07.20-149 dated 22-09-2022 of Rule-1 branch of the Ministry of Public Administration, if the age of the candidate is within the maximum age limit on 25/03/2020, then the candidate can also apply. No affidavit will be admissible in determining age.

Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on the website http://dcbb.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on the candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the mobile number active all the time and follow the SMS method. After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate will take a print (if possible colored) of the Admit Card containing Roll Number, Post Name, Photo, Exam Date, Time Venue Name, etc. Candidates must produce this admit card while appearing in the written test and if passed during a practical and oral test!

Applicants who wish to participate in the examination can enter the website http://dcbb.teletalk.com.bd and fill out the prescribed application form issued by the Ministry of Public Administration. Online application will start on 25/06/2023 at 10.00 AM and will end on 31/07/2023 at 5.00 PM. Candidates who have received a User ID within that period can submit the examination fee through SMS within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submission of the application form online.

Candidate’s signature (length 300x width 80 pixels) and color photograph (length 300x width 300 pixels) of the candidate in the online application form. Scan and upload to the specified location. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used later in all the activities, the candidate himself will be 100% sure of the correctness of all the information filled out before sending the application form. Candidates should keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related requirements.

Ministry of Lands Field Level Officers Recruitment Rules, 2021 will be followed to fill the posts mentioned in this recruitment circular. The candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh and a permanent resident of Brahmanbaria district. If a candidate is not a citizen of Bangladesh or has married or is engaged to marry a person who is not a citizen of Bangladesh or has been convicted by a criminal court on charges of moral turpitude or has been dismissed from the service of any government or autonomous institution or local authority, he/she may apply. A candidate cannot apply for more than one post. Applications against more than one post will be considered canceled. The recruitment test will be held on the same date and time so one can participate in the recruitment test against one post. In case of selection of candidates for recruitment written and oral tests will be conducted as per recruitment rules. Candidates who qualify for the written test will be considered for the oral test only. Candidates will have to participate in the written test of 70 marks and candidates who qualify for the written test will have to participate in the oral test of 10 marks.

The applicant should mention his latest educational qualification in the application. In the case of married female candidates, the husband’s permanent address should be mentioned. The application for the job can be submitted online from 25/06/2023 from 10.00 AM to 31/07/2023 at 5.00 PM. No direct/postal applications will be entertained.
