Recruitment of staff for the microfinance program of the organization will be subject to the following conditions. Brief description of work: Member admission through survey, team formation, loan disbursement, loan installments, and collection of savings at scheduled time. Candidate Eligibility and Other Conditions: HSC pass candidates should have at least 1 year of working experience in savings and loan collection activities in any microcredit institution certified by the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA). Experience is not required for Graduate/Post Graduate candidates, but candidates with experience will be preferred. Candidates have to give an undertaking from the legal guardian as per the requirement of the organization.
