Individuals who wish to participate in the examination can fill out the application form on the website (http://cspirojpur.teletalk.com.bd). The form should be filled out as per the instructions published on the website. The starting date and time for online application form filling and application fee submission is 30th April 2024 at 10.00 am. The last date and time of submission of the application form online is 23rd May 2024 at 5.00 pm. Candidates who have received User ID within the said time limit can submit the examination fee through SMS within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of online application submission.

Scan the color photo (length 300 Pixels width 300 Pixels) and signature (length 300 Pixels width 80 Pixels) of the candidature in the online application form and upload it to the designated place. Image size should be a maximum of 100 KB and the signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB. As the information filled in the online application form will be used in all activities, the candidate will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before submitting the online application form. The candidate will keep 01 print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any exam-related needs and submit 01 copy during the oral examination.

After completing the online application form (Application Form) and uploading the picture and signature as per the instructions, after submitting the application form, the application preview along with the picture can be seen on the computer. The candidate who has submitted the application form directly will print and save an applicant’s copy with a user Audi photo and signature in color after downloading. A User ID number will be given in the Applicant’s Copy and the candidate using the User ID can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk prepaid mobile number in the following manner regarding examination fee No. 1 to 6 200/- (Two Hundred) Taka and 23/-(Twenty-Three) Taka Total (Non-Refundable) Taka 223/-(Two Hundred Twenty-Three) shall be deposited within 72 (Seventy-Two) hours for the post mentioned in the order. It should be noted that even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted.
