Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Department of Health Services Memorandum No. 45,00,0000.140.11.006.23.2990 Dated- 01 January 2024 In accordance with the clearance received in the original, the Office of the Civil Surgeon, Noakhali in various health institutions under the control of the revenue sector (grades 11-20 ) To recruit manpower for the following vacant posts, applications are invited from permanent residents of Noakhali district (natural citizens of Bangladesh) online http://csnoakhali.teletalk.com.bd under the following conditions. Any corrections, additions, etc. (if any) related to the recruitment notification and other information required by the candidates may be communicated through the notice board of the Office of the Civil Surgeon, Noakhali, or on the website (http://cs.noakhali.gov.bd).

Interested candidates can apply online as per the instructions published on the website at http://csnoakhali.teletalk.com.bd. No direct/postal applications will be entertained. The signature of the candidate must be identical in the application form, written, oral, and practical (where applicable) examinations. Candidates who have applied in the 2018 recruitment circular do not need to apply again.

Noakhali Civil Surgeon Job Circular 2024

Online application form filling and examination fee submission start date and time 01/04/2014 from 10.00 am. The last date and time for submission of the online application is 28/04/2014 till 05.00 PM. Candidates who have received a User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of applying online. Candidates have to scan their colored photograph (length 300 × width 300) Pixel and signature (length 300 × width 80) Pixel in the online application form and upload it at the designated place. Photo size should be a maximum of 100 kb and signature size should be a maximum of 60 kb. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be one hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before submitting the online application form. Candidates shall keep a print copy of the filled online application form as an aid for any exam-related need.

After completing the online application form by properly filling the application form and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who have submitted the application form correctly will get an Applicant’s Copy with a User ID, Photo, and Signature. Candidates should print or download the Applicant’s Copy and save it. A User ID number will be given in the Applicant’s Copy and using the User ID the candidate can send an SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner. /- (twenty-three) together with total (non-refundable) 223/- (two hundred and twenty-three) should be deposited within 72 (seventy-two) hours. It should be noted that even if all parts of the online application form are submitted and submitted, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted.

Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on the website http://csnoakhali.teletalk.com.bd or cs.noakhali.gov.bd and www.dghs.gov.bd and through SMS on candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be completed on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so keeping the mobile number active all the time, reading the SMS, and following the received instructions immediately is prohibited.
