Candidates who want to participate in the exam can fill out the application form on the website (http://csnetrokona.teletalk.com.bd). The form should be filled out as per the instructions published on the website. Online application form filling and application fee submission start date and time 02/04/24 AD 09.00 am. The last date and time for submission of the online application form is 22/04/24 AD. (Up to office hours). Candidates who have received the User ID within the said time limit can submit the examination fee through SMS within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his color photograph (Length 300 X Width 300 Pixel) and signature (Length 300 X Width 80 Pixel) and upload it at the designated place. Photo size should be a maximum of 100 KB and signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB

Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all the subsequent activities, the candidate will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled out before submitting the application form online. The candidate shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related need and submit one copy during the oral examination. After completing the online application form by properly filling the application form and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who submit the application form will get an Applicant’s copy with a User ID, photograph, and signature. If any information is wrong in the applicant’s copy the image is unclear (full black/full white/blurry) or the photo/signature is not correct then one can re-apply.

However, no further changes/amendments/enhancements are acceptable after the submission of the application fee. Therefore, before submitting the application fee, the candidate must attach his/her latest color photograph, accurate information, and signature to the applicant’s copy and confirm its correctness by downloading the PDF copy and making a color print. Save it. Applicant’s copy should be printed or downloaded and saved. A User ID number will be provided on the Applicant’s copy and using the User ID number the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner for an examination fee of Rs.200/- (Two Hundred) ) Total (non-refundable) Rs.223/- (two hundred and twenty-three) including Rs.23/- (Twenty Three) for service charge and VAT of Teletalk and Rs. 12/- (twelve) including total non-refundable 112/- (one hundred and twelve) should be deposited within 72 (seventy two) hours. It should be noted that even if all parts of the online application form are submitted and submitted, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted.
