Interested candidates can apply on the website at http://csnarsingdi.teletalk.com.bd. The form should be filled out as per the guidelines published on the website. Online application form filling and examination fee submission start date and time 25/03/2024 AD from 10.00 AM. The last date and time of submission of the application online is 21/04/2024 AD till 5.00 PM. Candidates who have received a user ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within 72 hours from the time of online application submission. In the online application form, the candidate has to scan his color photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and signature (length 300 × width 80 pixels) and upload it at the designated place. Image size should be a maximum of 100 kb and the signature size should be a maximum of 60 kb. As the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before applying online. Candidates should keep a color print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any exam-related need.

After filling out the online application form properly and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, after submitting the application form, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who submit the application form will get an Applicant’s copy with a User ID, photograph, and signature. If the applicant’s copy contains any wrong information or unclear image (completely black/completely white/blurred) or the image/signature is not correct then one can re-apply. However, no further changes/amendments/enhancements are acceptable after the submission of the application fee. Therefore, before submitting the application fee, the candidate must ensure that the applicant’s copy has his/her latest color photograph, correct information, and signature attached and confirm its correctness by downloading the PDF copy and printing it in color. save Applicant’s copy should be printed or downloaded and saved.

A User ID number will be provided in the Applicant’s Copy and later using the User ID the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number for examination fee from serial no.-01 (one) to 06 (six) in the following manner. 200/-(Two Hundred) for the post and Rs.23/-(Twenty-Three) service charge of Teletalk Total – 223/-(Two Hundred Twenty-Three) (Non-refundable) and 100/-(One Hundred) for Serial No.- 07 (Seven) ) Total (Refundable) Tk 112/-(one hundred times) including Tk 12/-(times) for a service charge of Tk and teletalk shall be deposited within 72 hours. It should be noted that even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the application form will not be accepted until the examination fee is submitted.

Preliminarily shortlisted candidates will have to pass the written test, practical test (where applicable), and oral test separately as decided by the authority. Candidates selected for the oral test only shall compulsorily produce original copies of the following documents and submit one set of attested copies at the time of the oral test. All attestations/attestations should be executed by the Government 1st Class Officer (Seal with name and designation).
