The list of Health Assistant Vacancies (Ward, Union, Upazila wise) is available on the notice board of the Office of Civil Surgeon and Office of Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer and the website (https://cs.gopalganj.gov.bd). Online application form filling and examination fee submission start date and time 07-02-2024 AD 09.00 hrs. The last date and time for submission of the online application is 27-02-2024 AH up to 05.00 hrs. Candidates who have received user IDs within the said period can submit the exam fee through SMS within 72 hours from the time of online application submission.

In the online application form, the candidate will scan his color photograph (Length 300×Width 300) Pixel and signature (Length 300×Width 80) Pixel and upload it at the designated place. Image size should be a maximum of 100 kb and the signature size should be a maximum of 60 kb. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be one hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before submitting the online application form.
