Candidates who wish to participate in the examination can fill the application form on the website (http://csfaridpur.teletalk.com.bd). Online application form filling and application fee submission date and time: 01/04/2024 at 10.00 AM. The last date and time of submission of online application form is 28/04/2024 at 04.00 PM. Candidates who have received User ID within the said period can appear for the examination through SMS within 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submission of application online. Fee can be deposited. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300 × width 80 pixels) and color photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and upload it to the specified place. The size of the photograph is maximum 100 KB and the size of signature is maximum 60 KB. As the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled before submitting the application form online.

Keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination related needs and submit one copy during the oral examination. Rules for sending SMS and payment of examination fee: Fill the application form (Application Form) online properly and upload the photo and signature according to the instructions. Candidates who have submitted the application form correctly will get an Applicant’s copy with a User ID, photograph and signature.

After downloading the applicant’s copy, print it in color and save it.
