Application deadline and terms/conditions are as follows: Online application form filling and examination fee submission start date and time 11/09/2023: from 10:00 AM onwards. The last date and time for online application is 27/09/2023: up to 05.00 PM. Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submitting the application online. Candidates have to scan their color photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and signature (length 300 × width 80 pixels) in the online application form and upload it at the designated place. Photo size should be a maximum of 100kb and signature size should be a maximum of 60kb. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be one hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled out before submitting the online application form. Candidates should keep a color print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any exam-related need.

Interested candidates can apply online as per the instructions published on the website http://cscomilla.teletalk.com.bd. No application will be accepted by direct/postal. Rules for sending SMS and payment of examination fee: Fill out the application form online properly and upload the photo and signature as per the instructions. Once the application form is submitted, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who have submitted the application form correctly will get an Applicant’s Copy with a User ID, Photo and Signature. Candidates should print or download the Applicant’s Copy and save it.

A User ID number will be given in the Applicant’s Copy and later using the User ID the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number regarding the examination fee (including Tk. 200/- and Teletalk service charge Tk. 23/-) in the following manner. A total of Rs.223/- (two hundred and twenty-three) shall be deposited within 72 (seventy-two) hours. It should be noted that even if all parts of the online application form are submitted and submitted, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted.

Receipt of Admit Card will be intimated to only eligible candidates in due course on the website http://cscomilla.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on the candidate’s mobile phone. All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone given by the candidate in the online application form, so it is advisable to keep the said number active at all times, read the SMS, and follow the instructions received immediately. After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, candidates will download and print (color) the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time and venue name, etc. The candidate must produce this admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and, if passed, at the time of the practical (where applicable) and oral tests.
