Online application form filling and examination fee submission start date and time 14/03/2014 from 10.00 am. The last date and time for online application is 04/04/2014 – 05:00 PM. Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of applying online. Online – In the application form, the candidate has to scan his color photograph (length 300 X width 300 pixels) and signature (length 300 X width 80 pixels) and upload it at the designated place. The size of the photo should be 100 kb and the size of the signature should be a maximum of 100 kb.

Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be one hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before submitting the online application form. Candidates should keep a color print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any exam-related need. After filling out the online application form properly and uploading the photo and signature as per the instructions, once the application form is submitted, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. If any information is wrong in the Applicant’s Copy the image is unclear (completely black/completely white/blurry) or the photograph and signature are not correct, one can only re-apply (on the Web) without depositing the application fee.

It should be noted that no further changes/amendments/enhancements are acceptable after the submission of the application fee. Therefore, before submitting the application fee, the candidate must download the recent color photograph, accurate information, and signed PDF copy of the Applicant’s Copy and save it by rosin printing and saving it. The candidate who has submitted the application form accurately will have a User ID number on the User ID photo and a signed Applicant’s Copy later using the User ID the candidate will send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile numbers in the following manner for the examination-fee. Total 223/- (two hundred and twenty-three) including Rs.200/- and teletalk service charge 23/- shall be deposited within 72 (seventy-two) hours. It should be noted that even if all the parts of the online application form are submitted and submitted, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted.
