Conditions:

a. Candidate’s name, father’s/husband’s name, and mother’s name, present and permanent address, telephone number (if any), date of birth and age, educational qualification, experience other extra-curricular activities, nationality, marital status, religion should be mentioned in the application form. A bank draft or pay order of Rs.600 (six hundred) in favor of Chief Finance and Accounts Officer, Charak should be attached to the application. Note that they will not be paid any TA/DA for travel.

b. 02 (two) copies of a recent passport-size photograph attested by first class gazetted officer or first class officer of Chawak along with the application form, copy of educational qualification and experience certificate, copy of citizenship certificate from Municipal/Union Parishad Chairman/Ward Commissioner, National Copy of identity card should be submitted. Job aspirants have to apply through proper authority. Incomplete/defective applications will be treated as outright rejection.

c. The application should be sent to the Director (Administration), Chittagong Port Authority and the name of the post should be clearly mentioned on the envelope used for sending the application.

d. The authority reserves the right to cancel the application of any candidate without giving any reason, if the number of candidates is more, they can make a preliminary list after checking the primary eligibility of the applicants based on their educational qualifications, marks obtained, or any other standard criteria. The decision of the Chowk in the matter of appointment shall be final;

e. The authority reserves the right to partially or completely cancel this notification.

f. The result of the examination in which the candidate will be eligible to apply must be published before the last date of receipt of the application;

G. The number of posts mentioned in the notification may be reduced/increased;
