Candidates should submit a job application form from the www.cbctg.gov.bd website or www.forms.gov.bd website. Download and apply in the prescribed form. 1st Class attested copies of all educational qualifications and other certificates from gazetted authority should be submitted along with the application. 300/- (Three Hundred) Bank Draft/Pay-Order (Irrevocable) from any branch of Sonali Bank Ltd in favor of Cantonment Executive Officer, Chittagong Cantonment should be enclosed with the application. One copy of the photograph should be pasted in the recruitment application and 02 (two) copies should be attested by a gazetted officer of 1st class with the name behind the photograph and sent along with the application. Residents of Netrakona, Chittagong, Cox’s Bazar, Chandpur, Laxmipur, Noakhali, Rangamati, Pabna, Bogra, Barisal, Bhola and Sylhet in case of Serial No. 1 to 3 and Munshiganj, Gopalganj, Shariatpur, Chittagong, Cox’s Bazar, in case of Serial No. 4 to 10. Residents of Brahmanbaria, Comilla, Feni, Noakhali, Rangamati, Bagerhat, Barisal, and Jhalkathi need not apply.

Candidates Age 16 December 2023. The date should be a maximum of 30 (thirty) years. Orphans and disabled candidates from all districts can apply. An affidavit regarding the age of the candidate is not acceptable. The age limit should be 32 (thirty-two) years in the case of sons and daughters of brave freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and disabled. If the applicant is the son or daughter of a brave freedom fighter/hero martyred freedom fighter, the certification letter issued by the Ward Councilor/Municipal Mayor of the concerned Union Parishad should be submitted along with the freedom fighter certificate.

Likewise In the case of physical disabilities and orphans, the certificate obtained from the District Social Office and the District Commissioner should be submitted respectively. Candidates who are qualified and of prescribed age in Republic service (Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Statutory Institutions) or employed under Local Authority can appear in the examination if permission is obtained from the appointing authority. The said permission letter should be attached to the application.

All original documents must be produced at the time of oral examination. Candidates will be conducting practical tests along with written and oral tests as applicable. No Daily Allowance/Traveling Allowance will be paid for appearing in the recruitment test. In case of final appointment to the posts mentioned in the notification, the latest laws, rules, and instructions issued/published by the government will be followed. Jobs will be transferable in any cantonment board and board-run institutions in Bangladesh. If deficiencies/inconsistencies/errors/forgery etc. are observed in the documents submitted by the candidates, the appointment of the said candidate will be considered canceled and legal action will be taken against him. The appointing authority reserves the right to correct any substantive error in the published results. The Authority reserves the right to amend/cancel/reduce or increase the number of vacant posts in this recruitment notification.
