Sessions Judge 1st Court Appointment Conditions:

1. (a) Name of the candidate, (b) Name of father/husband, (c) Name of mother, (d) Permanent address, (e) Present address, (f) ) Own District, (g) Date of Birth, (h) Age of Candidate as on 02/05/2023, (j) Nationality, (j) National Identity Card Number, (k) Religion, (l) Educational Qualification, (d) Experience (if any) to be mentioned.

2. The application form should reach by post or directly to the Chairman, Appointment Selection Committee, Additional District and Sessions Judge 1st Court Office, Chittagong by 02/05/2023 during office hours. No application will be accepted after the said date and time.

3. Applicant’s age should be at least 18 years as of 02/05/2023 and not more than 30 (thirty) years as of 25/03/2020. The age limit is relaxable up to 40 (forty) years in case of departmental candidates for the post of Cashier-cum-Computer Operator. However, if the candidate is the child of a freedom fighter/martyr, their age limit is relaxable up to 32 (thirty-two) years. An attested photocopy of the certificate (duly signed and countersigned by competent authority) should be submitted. No affidavit regarding age will be admissible.

4. In light of the previous notification of this amendment, those who have already applied need not apply again.

5. The following documents should be attached to the application form:

• A. Attested copies of all educational qualification certificates.
• b. 03 (three) copies of passport-size color photographs taken recently attested by a gazetted officer of first class.
• c. Character certificate issued by a first-class gazetted officer.
• d. Attested copy of citizenship certificate issued by Mayor/Ward Commissioner/Chairman of Union Parishad of local city corporation or municipality.
• e. Attested copy of National Identity Card/Birth Registration Certificate.
• f. One 9.5 inch 4.5-inch return envelope containing a postal stamp of 10 (Ten) along with the candidate’s name and address.

6. Job candidates must apply through proper authority.
7. 70/-(seventy) taka for examination fee through treasury challan to Bangladesh Bank/Sonali Bank Limited Deposit and Original copy of the invoice should be attached with the application form.
8. Defective applications will be considered rejected.
9. Date, time, and venue of the written test will be intimated to the eligible candidates through the admit card.
10. Candidates must produce original copies of educational qualifications and all other certificates at the time of oral examination.

11. No TA/DA will be given for appearing in the examination.
12. The envelope must clearly mention ‘Post Name’ and ‘Own District’.
13. The authority reserves the right to reduce/increase the number of posts advertised and to cancel this notification partially or completely.
14. Conventional Recruitment Rules/Conventional Mukti Jodha Quota and Other Quotas/Recruitments of Govt. Rules/orders and formalities will be duly followed.
15. The seal with the name of the certifying officer should be used for the attestation of photographs and necessary documents.
16. The decision of the appointing authority in the matter of appointment shall be final.
