Instructions to the Candidates:

1. Candidate must bring the admit card and show it to the invigilator on duty.
2. No candidate can enter without a max. Must wear a mask and maintain safe social distancing while in the examination center.
3. The photo on the admit card must match the original application photo submitted online.
4. The examinee shall open his knickers and show his face while signing the examination book by the invigilator.
5. Candidates should bring a black ink ballpoint pen. The use of pencils is prohibited.

6. Candidates found guilty of fraudulent practices or misconduct will be expelled. Authorities can hand him over to law enforcement agencies if necessary.
7. Candidates should reach the exam hall 30 minutes before the exam. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall after the commencement of the examination.
8. Bringing bags, books, calculators, electric watches, wristwatches, mobile phones, etc. any kind of digital devices into the examination center is strictly prohibited. If any of these things are found in the hands of the candidate during the examination, he/she will be disqualified.
9. The used question paper must be submitted along with the answer sheet.

10. The candidate must

• (a) Original/Temporary Certificate of Educational Qualification, Experience (if applicable)
• (b) National Identity Card
• (c) Citizen certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/Ward Councilor of City Corporation
• (d) Character certificate by first class gazetted officer
• (e) Physically Handicapped, Orphans, Minorities and Ansar and VDP Candidates Certificate of Competent Authority and Freedom Fighters Quota Candidates of Freedom Fighters and Martyred Freedom Fighters’ Sons-Daughter’s Parents/Son-Daughter’s Son-Daughter’s Grandparents/Grandparents issued by the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs Freedom Fighter Certificate (with National Identity Card/Birth Certificate of concerned Freedom Fighter)
• (f) Original copies of all certificates/certificates including first-class gazetted or certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/City Corporation Ward Councilor stating relation with freedom fighter should be brought and produced at the time of oral examination and original of the application submitted online. Print copies and all other certificates/documents along with educational qualifications attached to the application attested copies by First Class Gazetted Officer should be submitted at the time of oral examination.

11. Result of the MCQ / Written / Oral Exam published in the office of Conservator of Forest, Social Forest Zone, Bogra Notice Board, Department of Forest website https://www.bforest.gov.bd and Teletalk website https://crbog.teletalk.com.bd will be done
12. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the examination.
13. Any lobbying regarding recruitment will be considered as disqualification of the candidate.
14. No separate admit card will be issued for written and oral examination. MCQ exam admits card is to be used in the written and oral exam. bv
