Interested candidates can fill out the application form on this website http://caab.teletalk.com.bd. Online Application Form Filling & Application Fee Submission Start Date & Time: 02/04/2023 A.D. AM – 10:00 Hrs. Last Date & Time for Application Form Submission: 30/04/2013 A.D. 05:00 P.M. Candidates who have received User ID within the said period can submit the exam fee via SMS within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submission of the application form online.

The Civil Aviation Authority recruitment circular has 9 groups (Group-1, Group-2, Group-3, Group-4, Group-5, Group-6, Group-7, Group-8, and Group-9). Examination for all the posts of the same group will be held on the same date and time so no group (i.e. any one of group-1 to group-1 from group 1 to 8) is allowed to apply for more than one post.

The candidate’s age should be a minimum of 18 years as on 2nd April 2023 and the upper age limit should be as per column 3 of the notification. The age limit is 18-32 years in the case of sons and daughters of heroic freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged. However, as per the circular instructions of the Ministry of Public Administration dated 22 September 2022, the candidate will be eligible to apply if the age of the applicant is within the maximum age limit on 25 March 2020. An affidavit is not admissible for proof of age.

No TA/DA will be provided for participation in MCQ/Written/Oral/Practical Examination. Only the candidates who qualify for the written test can appear in the practical test (where applicable) and the candidates who clear the practical test can appear in the oral test.

In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300 × width 80) pixels and color photo (length 300 × width 300) pixels and upload it to the designated place. The photo size should be a maximum of 100 KB and the signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before submitting the application form online. Candidates shall keep a colored printed copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related needs and submit a single copy during the oral examination.

Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on http://caab.teletalk.com.bd or the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh website and through SMS on the candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be completed on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the number active at all times and read the SMS, and follow the instructions received immediately.

After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate will download and print the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time and center name, etc. Candidate must produce this admit card at the time of appearing in MCQ/Written/Oral/Practical Test.
