Bangladesh Water Development Board Order Appointment Letter 2023. The following candidates under the revenue sector of the Bangladesh Water Development Board of the Ministry of Water Resources have been temporarily appointed in the 9th grade of the National Pay Scale-2015 subject to the following conditions. Recruits are directed to join the office of the Human Resource Development Department, Bapaubo, Dhaka (Pani Bhavan, 72 Green Road, Dhaka 1205) on 17/04/2023 at 09:00 AM.

Bangladesh Water Development Board Recruitment Conditions:

(a) The employment of the appointees shall be governed by the Bangladesh Water Development Board Employment Regulations-2013 and the relevant orders of the Government of Bangladesh and the Bangladesh Water Development Board from time to time.

(b) Recruits will be entitled to Rs.22000-53060 in Grade 9 of the National Pay Scale-2015 and other benefits provided by the Government as per rules.

(c) At the time of joining the service, the appointees shall submit details of movable and immovable property in the prescribed form of the Board. Also, a physical given by the Civil Surgeon of any District or the superior authority of any Government Medical College Self-certification of health needs to be submitted. Also, the candidate’s drug addiction test (dope test) report collected from any government hospital should also be submitted at the time of joining. If he/she is found to be addicted to drugs in the dope test report, his/her application will not be accepted and his/her appointment will be considered canceled.

(d) Each appointee will serve as Apprentice for 01 (one) year. Subject to a satisfactory performance report and fulfillment of other conditions by the Head of the Department concerned, after completion of the apprenticeship period, self will be considered for permanent employment from the date of joining. There will be no increase in annual salary until the job is regularized.

(e) No traveling allowance/daily allowance or any other financial benefit will be provided for joining the service.

(f) It is mandatory for a candidate employed in any other organization to obtain clearance from the employing organization before joining this organization. The said waiver must be submitted along with the joining letter.

(g) Unauthorized absence from work during the apprenticeship period shall be treated as in-service without giving any notice from the date of absence and the post shall be deemed to be vacant.

(h) If the information given by the appointed candidate during the application or any part thereof is proved to be untrue or false or if any ineligibility is found and if any corruption has been resorted to at any stage, the appointment order of the concerned candidate. will be canceled. In this case, he will be bound to return all benefits received.

(j) In view of the judgment dated 01/07/2015 on Writ Petition No-6913/2014 of the High Court Division of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the excess age of the prescribed age limit for entry into service shall be considered as approved.

(j) This order shall come into effect from the date of joining the work of the Board in view of the issuance of this appointment order. This appointment was issued with the approval of the Director General of BAPUBO.
