The following conditions must be followed while participating in the oral examination:

1. No separate admit card will be issued for appearing in the oral examination. Written (MCQ) Examination Admit card must be brought with you.

2. Applicant’s Copy (02 copies) obtained after applying online should be submitted at the time of oral examination. Otherwise, the oral examination will not be accepted.

3. Original certificates of all educational qualifications, experience certificates (if applicable),
Character Certificate/Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution last studied, National Identity Card, Nationality/citizenship certificate, etc. to be produced to the recruitment committee.

4. 02 (two) sets of attested photocopies of all documents and 02 (two) recent passport-size copies
An attested color photograph is to be submitted at the time of oral examination.

5. Appointment if it is proved that any of the conditions mentioned in the recruitment notification of a candidate has not been fulfilled His recruitment application will be rejected at any stage in the process/ recruitment.

6. No candidate will be granted TA/DA for appearing in the oral examination.
