Candidates shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related needs and submit one copy during the oral examination. After completing the online application form by uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, the application preview can be seen on the computer in the case of the correctly submitted application form. After submitting the application form accurately, the candidate will get an applicant copy with a user ID, photo, and signature. The applicant should download and print (color if possible) the copy.

A User ID number will be given in the applicant copy and using the said User ID number the candidate can send 02 (2) SMS through any teletalk pre-paid mobile number for a station master exam fee of Tk 200/- (two hundred) and teletalk service. A total of 223/- (two hundred and twenty-three) including charges of Tk 23/-(twenty-three) and Assistant Locomotive Master Grade-II examination fee Tk 100/-(one hundred) and service charge of teletalk Tk 12/-(times) Total 112/ – (one hundred times taka) deposit within 72 (seventy-two) hours.
