According to the circular issued by the Ministry of Public Administration, Rule-1 Branch in the memorandum dated 22.09.2022 on 25.03.2020 the maximum age of the applicant is 30 years. No affidavit of age is admissible. 03 copies of recent passport-size color photographs attested by 1st Class Gazetted Officer should be attached with the application form. 100/- (One Hundred) Irrevocable Bank Draft/Pay Order payable to “Secretary, Bangladesh Judicial Service Commission” issued from any branch of Sonali Bank should be submitted along with the application.

The application of employed candidates must reach through the departmental authority by the due date mentioning the current post and organization of the job. No advance copy will be accepted in this case. All types of quotas will be reserved as per the rules. The name of the post, in case of quota, the name of the quota must be mentioned on the envelope. The authority reserves the right to call a limited number of candidates for the selection examination on the basis of educational qualification and excellence of the candidates.

The decision of the authority regarding the reduction/increase in the number of posts, acceptance of applications, cancellation, and appointment will be final. In case of concealing any information or resorting to fraud or providing wrong information, and if the said matter is proved at any time later, the appointment of the concerned candidate will be canceled and legal action will be taken against him.
