In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300 x width 80 pixels) and color photograph (maximum 06 months ago) (length 300 x width 300 pixels) and upload it at the designated place. As the information filled in the online application form will be used later in all the activities, the candidate himself will be one hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled out before submitting the application form online. After the submission of the fee, no further correction will be allowed in the application form.

Candidates should keep a color print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any exam-related need. Rules for sending SMS and payment of examination fee: Fill out the application form online properly and upload the photo and signature according to the instructions. Once the application form is submitted, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates will get a User ID, Photo, and Signature Applicant’s Copy after submitting the application form accurately.

Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on the website http://beza.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS (only to eligible candidates) on the candidate’s mobile phone. All communication related to the examination will be completed on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so keep the number active at all times. It is advisable to read the SMS and follow the instructions received immediately. After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, candidates will download and print the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time place/center name, etc. Candidates must produce the admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and at the time of passing the oral test. Candidates can retrieve their User ID and Password by following the below-mentioned SMS method only from a Teletalk pre-paid mobile phone.
