1. Certificates, information, documents, etc. attached with the application form of the candidate 43rd B.C.S. Any candidate among provisionally shortlisted candidates knowingly furnishes any wrong or false information in the application form hides or tampers with necessary information or submits any fake certificate or tampers with any part of the age and educational qualification certificate or admit card or any substantive incompleteness. If caught, the nomination of the concerned candidate will be canceled as per the conditions of the advertisement. Moreover, the candidate involved in the said offense may be referred to the criminal law in the field. Even after the candidate has been appointed to the job, if any such information is disclosed and proved, legal action can be taken against him, apart from dismissal from the job;

3. B.C.S. Candidates nominated for cadre post-” B.C.S. (Age, Eligibility and Examination for Direct Recruitment) Rules- 2014” will be appointed by the Government after the declaration of eligibility in the medical board constituted through the Department of Health and pre-recruitment-CV-verification through appropriate agencies. Candidates nominated for non-cadre posts shall undergo health examination by the concerned Ministry/Department;

4. Although successful in both the written and oral examinations, it was not possible to nominate all the passed candidates for recruitment due to the low number of vacant posts in the cadre. From among them, according to the merit and eligibility, according to the provisions of ‘Employment (Special) Rules for Non-Cadre Posts, 2023’ according to the order received from the government, nominations for non-cadre posts of 9th, 10th, and 12th grade have been provided in stages;

5. Based on the information, documents, certificates, etc. provided with the candidate’s application form and the affidavit given by the candidate in the application form, the candidates are nominated by the Bangladesh Public Works Commission in favor of the candidates on the condition that before the appointment, the appointing authority shall verify the authenticity of the health examination, educational qualification certificate, other documents through the appropriate authority as per the government decision. Verification, where applicable, of candidate’s height, chest measurement and weight information and pre-employment resume verification by the appropriate agency After confirmation, the nominees will be appointed;

6. The Bangladesh Public Works Commission reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies found in the published nominations;

7. This nomination does not guarantee or entitle the candidate to employment in cadre and non-cadre posts;

8. After receiving the nomination from the Commission, the appointing authority can make the appointment based on the said nomination by following all the rules and formalities related to the appointment;
