Bangladesh Civil Service Cadre Senior Scale Promotion Test, February 2024 Ceremony. Online applications are invited from eligible candidates who are willing to participate in the Bangladesh Civil Service Cadre Senior Scale Promotion Examination, in February 2024. Online application will start on 07 November 2023 from 12.01 PM and can be applied up to 30 November 2023 at 12:00 PM.

 

After applying online as per Bangladesh Civil Service (Examination for Promotion) Rules, 2017 the hard copy of the clear application form must be submitted directly to the Secretary, Bangladesh Public Service Commission Secretariat, Agargaon, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka during office hours by 21st December 2023. 1207 should be sent along. The application form (hard copy) must be signed with a seal bearing the name of the candidate and his next higher authority at the appropriate place. The candidate must send 01 (one) copy of the application form to his controlling Ministry or Department. Applications received after the prescribed date and time will not be accepted.

 

A hard copy of the application received in the manner prescribed by the Commission will be accepted for examination. However, if any inconsistency is observed in the review of the information received by the candidate by the cadre controlling ministry or department, it must be informed to the commission 15 (fifteen) days before the examination. Applications received by the Commission after the due date, for whatever reason, will be treated as rejected outright. If the hard copy is not received by the due date i.e. 21.12.2023, the application will be considered cancelled.

Rules for filling Senior Scale (Cadre) Form online:

Candidates can visit the Bangladesh Public Service Commission website www.bpsc.gov.bd or
The online registration process should be completed through http://bpsc.teletalk.com.bd. Open the website of the Commission click on the Senior Scale Exam link in the Online Registration Service box and follow the following steps to get the Online Form—application for Promotion Examination Senior Scale Examination Cadre Session February 2024 Cadre Name Submit. Candidates should download the instruction section and read each instruction carefully before filling out the online form. There are 4 (four) Sections in the Online Form.

• Section-1: Personal Details,
• Section-2: Service Related Information,
• Section-3: Examination Related Information,
• Section 4: There are separate instructions for furnishing photographs and signatures. The form should be filled by carefully following each instruction and the information provided in each field of the Online BPSC Senior Scale (Cadre) Form. Candidate’s Cadre ID Number, National ID card number, Photograph {Image 300 x 300 pixels (Pixels) File size below 100 KB} and Signature {Image 300 X 80 Pixels (Pixels) File size below 60 KB} will be required for this. .

Conditions for participation in the examination:

• Must be permanent in employment;
• Any employee having completed at least 04 (four) years of service in the concerned cadre post on February 01, 2024, to be;
• (Hard copy of a soft copy of the application submitted online) by due date i.e. 21 December 2023
  copy should reach/submit directly to the Works Commission;
  Attested gazette copy of regularization along with application form (Hard Copy);

 

• Name of the candidate and the next higher authority in the hard copy of the application form. Must have a signature with an enclosed seal. No employee can apply for this examination after completing 14 years of service in the concerned cadre post on February 01, 2024. If the mentioned conditions are not duly followed, the candidature will be considered canceled. An employee can appear in the examination in three subjects or fewer subjects at a time. Nationalized and Encadred candidates must attach a certificate from the higher authority specifying the date on which they joined their respective cadre posts. Candidate must belong to the BCS cadre. The candidature of any candidate other than BCS cadre employees will be considered void.
