It is hereby informed for the information of all concerned that Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defense Force, Headquarters, Khilgaon, Dhaka published on 30-03-2023 for the written examination of the candidates who passed the written examination for the post of Thana/Upazila Trainer and Upazila/Thana Mahila Trainer. The examination will be held at Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defense Force, Headquarters, Khilgaon, Dhaka as per below mentioned date and schedule. 1. Candidates who appear in the written test must bring 01 (one) set of attested copies and original copies of the following documents (all documents to be attested by a 1st Class Gazetted Officer) for appearing in the Preliminary Health Test and Oral Test.

• (a) Copy of the online application form and admit card.
• (b) All types of original and temporary certificates related to educational qualification.
• (c) Citizenship certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/City Corporation Councillor.
• (d) 06 (six) copies of recent passport-size color-attested photographs.
• (e) (1) In the case of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters/son-daughter/son daughter’s son-daughter, the original/temporary certificate of liberation war of their father/mother/grandparents/maternal grandparents issued by the Ministry of Freedom Fighters Affairs.
• (2) If the applicant is the son-daughter/son-daughter of a freedom fighter/freedom fighter, he is the son-daughter/son-daughter of a freedom fighter/freedom fighter given by the Ward Councilor of the concerned Union Parishad/City Corporation or the Mayor/Councillor of the municipality. certificate
• (f) Certificate issued by the Directorate of Social Services in case of orphan/handicapped candidates.
  (g) If the candidate is a member of Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defense Force, the relevant training certificate.
  (h) Certificate issued by the appropriate authority in case the candidate is a Minority.
  (j) Only the candidates working in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organizations shall submit the consent letter or NOC issued by the authority from their respective organization at the time of oral examination.

2) Candidates will not be paid any TA/DA for appearing in Preliminary Health Test and Oral Test.

(3) Candidates who have passed the written examination will not be issued separately admit cards for the preliminary health examination and the oral examination.

(4) Must be present at Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defense Force Headquarters, Khilgaon, Dhaka 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the Preliminary Health Examination and Oral Examination.

(5) Candidates who have passed the preliminary health examination will be admitted to the oral examination only.

(6) The authority reserves the right to cancel the candidate’s application at any stage of recruitment if any information provided in the application is proved to be incorrect or incomplete information is submitted.

(7) The roll numbers of candidates who have passed the examination will be available on the Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defense Force’s own website (www.ansarvdp.gov.bd) and any instructions in this regard will be published on the same website in due course.

(8) In case of a change in the date and time of the preliminary health examination and oral examination, it will be informed through Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defense Force’s own website (www.ansarvdp.gov.bd).
