Barisal University Job Circular Conditions:

(a) The applicant shall download the prescribed form of Barisal University from www.bu.ac.bd or collect and fill the form along with relevant documents from the Dispatch Branch of Barisal University, Karnakathi, Barisal Sadar, Barisal by paying Tk 50/-(Fifty) perform. 11 (Eleven) sets for Grade-4 posts, 08 (Eight) sets for Grade-5 to Grade-9 posts and 03 sets for Grade-11 to Grade-20 posts Registrar, Barisal University, Karnakathi, Barisal Sadar, Barisal-8254 should be submitted. (b) The candidate should attach the following documents attested by a First Class Graduated Officer with the application form-

• (1) Certificates and mark sheets of educational qualifications and photocopies of certificates relating to training and experience (if any);
• (2) 04 copies of a recent passport-size color photograph along with the original application form and 1 copy color photograph with each set; (3) an Attested copy of the Birth Certificate/ National Identity Card completed online.

(c) Employed candidates should apply through appropriate authority.

(d) Defective/incomplete and post-due applications will not be accepted.

(e) No qualification and experience certificate will be accepted in addition to the educational qualification and experience information given in the candidate’s application form after joining the service.

(f) Tk.600/- for 4th to 9th grade, Tk.300/- for 11th grade Tk.200/- for 16th grade, Tk.100/- for 20th grade from any branch of Sonali Bank Limited in favor of Treasurer, Barisal University Money order/bank draft (non-refundable) should be enclosed.

(g) Every candidate should write the name and category of the post applied for in legible letters on the envelope sent in the application form.

(h) University authorities reserve the right to cancel and modify the recruitment circular without assigning any reason. At the same time, the university authorities reserve the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.

(j) Age limit of applicants for all posts except Grade-7 to Grade-4 posts should be a maximum of 30 years as of 16/05/2023. This condition is relaxable for internal candidates.

(j) Preference will be given to internal candidates. The officers and employees of the Barisal University Establishment Project will be considered as internal candidates for the post of Serial No. 6 and 7. Age limit conditions will be relaxed. Work experience in the said project will satisfy the experience requirement given in this advertisement.
