Candidates who wish to participate in the examination can fill out the application form by entering the website http://skh.teletalk.com.bd. Online Application Form Filling & Examination Fee Submission Start Date & Time: 25/01/2024 10.00 AM. The last date and time for submission of the application form online: 25/02/2014 05.00 PM. Candidates who have received a User ID within the said period can submit the application fee through SMS within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of applying online.

In the online application form, the candidate will scan his colored photograph (length 300xwidth 300) pixels and signature (length 300x width 80) pixels and upload it at the designated place. Image size should be a maximum of 100KB and signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB.
