I hereby declare that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in the Physical Endurance Test (PET) for the purpose of recruitment to the post of Cadet Sub-Inspector (Unarmed) of Bangladesh Police.

I further declare that I will not engage in any misbehavior, destruction of property, damage, or any misconduct during the said examination. I shall not hold the Bangladesh Police or the recruiting authority responsible for any physical or mental harm or injury to me due to participation in the said examination. Bangladesh Police can take legal action against me for any wrongdoing on my part. I sign this declaration of indemnity knowingly, without inducement, and completely voluntarily.
