Candidates who want to participate in the exam can fill out the application form on this website http://rdcd.teletalk.com.bd—starting date and time for online application form filling and application fee submission: 10/03/2014 AD, 10.00 AM. Last date and time for submission of application form online: 09/04/2014 AD. 5.00 pm. Candidates who have received a User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within 72 (seventy-two) hours from submitting the application form online. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300 × width 80 pixels) and color photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and upload it to the designated place. Image size should be a maximum of 100 KB and the signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be one hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before submitting the application form online. Candidates shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related need and submit one copy during the oral examination.

Rules of sending SMS and payment of examination fee: Fill out the application form online properly and upload the photo and signature according to the instructions. After submitting the application form, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who have submitted the application form correctly will get an Applicant’s Copy with a User ID, Photograph, and Signature.
