It is hereby informed for the information of all concerned that NTRCA has taken the initiative to publish the 5th recruitment recommendation circular to recommend the recruitment of teachers to the vacant posts of private educational institutions (schools, colleges, madrasas, and technical). Before the publication of the 5th recruitment recommendation circular, information/requisition (e-requisition) of all private institutes will be collected online as per the prevailing rules of NTRCA.

As a prerequisite for E-Requisition, every educational institution must carry out E-Registration. Organizations that have already completed e-registration must update their e-registration profile. If an institution does not perform e-registration on the online platform or update the profile within the stipulated time, it will not be possible to issue online requisition (e-requisition) for the vacant posts of employable teachers. In the case of all educational institutions that have already been e-registered, the profile of the institution should be updated by clicking on the Edit option of the e-registration form using User ID and Password.

Even if all the information of an organization is unchanged, that organization should log in and click on the Submit button. Otherwise, the e-registration will not be renewed/updated. Therefore it is requested to do e-registration for new establishments and update the information of previously e-registered establishments between 29/01/2024 to 12/02/2024 AD. Incidentally: Note that District Education Officers and Upazila Secondary Education Officers also have to update their own profiles. User ID and password to login to the e-registration platform will be sent to them via SMS from Teletalk. To complete the information submission process by logging into the e-registration platform, it is requested to follow the instructions given in the ‘e-registration’ service box of NTRCA’s website (www.ntrca.gov.bd).
