Candidates who want to participate in the exam should fill out the application form on this website http://mofl.teletalk.com.bd. Online Application Form Filling and Application Fee Submission Start Date and Time: 15/02/2024. 10.00 am. The last date and time for submission of the application form online: is 07/03/2018. 05.00 pm. Candidates who have received a User ID within the said period must submit the examination fee through SMS within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online.
