The prescribed one-page application form launched by the Ministry of Public Administration is available at www.madaripur.gov.bd website. The application form should be typed/hand filled in the computer and self-signed with the date should be provided in the prescribed space of the application form. Required information must be provided as per the instructions in the prescribed application form. In the case of married female candidates, the husband’s permanent address should be mentioned. The application should reach the Deputy Commissioner, Madaripur by post on 10-09-2023 by 4:00 PM. No hand-in-hand application will be accepted. The following documents should be attached to the application form:

• (a) 04 (four) color copies of the passport size 55 cm were recently taken by the candidate. Photograph (Attested by Gazetted Officer 1st Class).
• (b) Original copy (1st copy) of treasury challan of Tk 100 (one hundred) payable at any branch of Sonali Bank for examination fee through treasury challan code no-1-0742-0000-2031.
• (c) A return envelope 10 x 4′ affixed with a postal stamp of Rs.6/- bearing the name of the post and candidate’s name and address to facilitate the issue of admit card.
• (d) Candidate’s age must be between 18 to 30 years as of 10-09-2023. However, in the case of children of freedom fighters, the maximum age limit is relaxable up to 32 years as per government rules. But in the case of the freedom fighter’s grandson/granddaughter’s age is 30 years. No affidavit in respect of age is admissible.
• (e) The name of the post and special quota (if any) should be written in bold letters on the envelope and the full name and address of the applicant should be written in legible letters on the left side.
• (f) Departmental (applicable to post candidates) candidates must apply through the appropriate authority within the prescribed period.
• (g) Candidates selected in the written and practical (where applicable) examinations shall submit 01 (one) set of attested copies of all the certificates and records mentioned in the recruitment notice and the application form to the authority conducting the oral examination. In the case of verification, of course, the verifier Clear name, designation, and seal of the officer should be used.
• (h) Candidates who have passed the written examination shall present the original copies of all the certificates mentioned in the application form during the oral examination.

Late applications and incomplete/defective applications will be treated as outright cancellations! The Authority may modify any conditions or add additional conditions not inconsistent with the Government Rules. The authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment notification in whole or in part without assigning any reason.

Legal action can be taken against the concerned candidate by canceling the appointment order if he is appointed to the job by concealing any information and providing the wrong information. Due to the publication of this recruitment notification, the authorities will not be obliged to accept the examination or provide the appointment to the candidate posts.
