Online Application Form Filling and Exam Fee Deposit Procedure: Candidates can fill out their application form at http://dtev.teletalk.com.bd website. Starting date and time for online application form filling and examination fee submission: 01/04/2024, 10:00 AM. Last date and time for submission of application form online: 21 / 04 / 2024, 06:00 PM. Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online. Candidates are advised to complete the application process with sufficient time in hand without waiting for the last date and time.

In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (Length 300 X Width 80 Pixel) and color photograph (Length 300 X Width 300 Pixel) and upload it at the designated place. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be one hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before sending the application. Candidates should keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related requirements. After filling out the online application form properly and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, after submitting the application form, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who submit the application form will get an Applicant’s copy with a User ID, photograph, and signature.

If the applicant’s copy contains any wrong information or unclear image (totally black/white/blurry) or the image/signature is not correct then one can re-apply. However, no further changes/amendments/enhancements are acceptable after the submission of the application fee. All communication related to the examination will be completed on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form. Therefore it is advisable to keep the number active at all times and follow the instructions received promptly. After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate will take a color print of the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time and venue name, etc. Candidates must produce this admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and if passed at the time of the practical test (where applicable) and oral test.
