Candidates who want to participate in the exam can fill out the application form on this website http://dcsylhet.teletalk.com.bd. Starting date and time for online filling of application form and deposit of application fee: 27/06/2024 AD at 10.00 AM. Last date and time for submission of application form online: 27/07/2024 AD 5.00 PM. Candidates who have received a USER ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through Teletalk pre-paid mobile SMS within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submission of the application form online.

In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300 × width 80 pixels) and color photo (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and upload it at the designated place. Image size should be a maximum of 100 KB and the signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all the subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be one hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before submitting the application form online. Candidates shall keep a colored print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related needs and submit one copy during the oral examination.

Rules for sending SMS and payment of examination fee: Fill out the application form online properly and upload the photo and signature according to the instructions. Once the application form is submitted, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. If any information is wrong in the Applicant’s copy the image is unclear (completely black/completely white/blurred) or the photograph/signature is not correct then only re-apply (on the web) without depositing the application fee. Note that no further changes/amendments/enhancements are acceptable after the submission of the application fee, therefore, before submitting the application fee, the candidate must download and save his recent color photograph, accurate information, and signed PDF copy in the Applicant’s copy.

Applicant’s copy will contain a User ID and using the User ID the candidate can send 02 (2) SMS from any teletalk pre-paid mobile number for an exam fee of Tk 200.00 (two hundred) and SMS service charges of Teletalk in the following manner. For 23.00 (twenty-three) Taka (non-refundable) total of 223.00 (two hundred and twenty-three) Taka will be deposited within the next 72 hours. Note that even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted in any case until the examination fee is submitted.

Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on the website http://dcsylhet.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on the candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the number active at all times, read the SMS, and follow the instructions received immediately. After using the User ID and password sent in the SMS, the candidate will download and print the admit card containing the roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time place/center name, etc. Candidates must produce this admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and at the time of the oral test if they pass the written test.
