Candidates who have received a User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submission of the application form online. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300 × width 80 pixels) and color photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and upload it to the designated place. Image size should be a maximum of 100 KB and the signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB.

 

Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be one hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before submitting the application form online. The candidate shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related needs and submit one copy during the oral examination.

Rules for Sending SMS and Payment of Exam Fee: Online Application Form duly filled After submitting the application form by uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who have submitted the application form accurately will need a User ID, photograph and Get an applicant’s copy signed. Download the Applicant’s Copy print it in color and save it.

A User ID number will be given in the Applicant’s Copy and using the User ID number the candidate can send 02 (two) sms through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner Exam fee for Grade-11 to 12 Posts 300/- (Three Hundred ) Total (Non-Refundable) Rs.344/- (Three Hundred and Forty-Four) including Rs.44/- (Forty-Four) Service Charges for Teletalk (including certificate verification service fee), Rs.200/- for Grade-13 to 16 Posts and Teletalk Total (Non-Refundable) Rs.233/- (Two Hundred and Thirty-Three) including Service Charge (Including Certificate Verification Service Fee) and Rs.100/- (One Hundred) for Grade-17 to 20 Posts and Service Charge of Teletalk (including certificate verification service fee) Total (Non-refundable) Rs. Receipt of Admit Card through http://csrajbari.teletalk.com.bd website and SMS to candidate’s mobile phone (Eligible candidates only) will be intimated in due course. All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the number active at all times, read the SMS, and follow the instructions received immediately. After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate will download and print the color copy of the admit card with roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time place/ center name, etc. Candidates must produce the admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and practical/oral test if passed.

 

No daily allowance and traveling allowance will be given to the candidate for appearing in written, practical (where applicable), and oral examinations. A satisfactory police verification report and medical certificate from a Civil Surgeon will be considered as one of the prime conditions of employment. Besides, a dope test will be done before recruitment. If someone is found to be addicted to drugs in the dope test, his appointment will be considered canceled.
