Interested candidates can apply online as per the instructions published on the website http://csnar.teletalk.com.bd. The vacancy list of Health Assistants (Ward/Union/Upazila wise) will be available on the notice board and website of the Civil Surgeon office, Narail, and the respective Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer office of Narail. Online application form filling and examination fee submission start date and time 04/03/2014 from 10.00 AM. The last date and time for submission of the online application are 25/03/2024 till 5.00 PM.

Candidates who have received user IDs within the said period can submit the exam fee through SMS within 72 hours from the time of online application submission. In the online application form, the candidate has to scan his color photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and signature (length 300 × width 80 pixels) and upload it at the designated place. Image size should be a maximum of 100 KB and the signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB. As the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before applying online.

After filling out the online application form properly and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, after submitting the application form, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who submit the application form will get an Applicant’s copy with a User ID, photograph, and signature. If the applicant’s copy contains any wrong information or unclear image (totally black/white/blurry) or the image/signature is not correct then one can re-apply. However, no further changes/amendments/enhancements are acceptable after the submission of the application fee. Therefore, before submitting the application fee, the candidate must ensure that the applicant’s copy has his recent color photograph, correct information, and signature attached and confirm its correctness by downloading the PDF copy and printing it in color. save Applicants should print or download the copy and save it.

All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone given by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the said number active all the time, read the SMS, and follow the received instructions immediately. After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate will download and print (color) the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time venue name, etc. The candidate must produce this admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and, if passed, at the time of the oral and practical tests (where applicable).
