Online Application Form Filling & Exam Fee Submission Start Date & Time: 09/03/2018 A.D. 10.00 am. Last Date and Time for Online Application Form Submission: 28/03/2024 A.D., 5.00 PM Candidates who have received User ID within the said time limit within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of Online Application Form Submission. You can submit the application fee through SMS. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his color photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and signature (length 300 × width 80) pixels and upload it at the designated place.

Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be one hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before submitting the online application form. Candidates should keep a color print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any exam-related need. After filling out the online application form properly and uploading the photo and signature as per the instructions, once the application form is submitted, the application preview can be seen on the computer. If any information is wrong in the Applicant’s Copy the image is unclear (completely black/completely white/blurry) or the photograph and signature are not correct, one can only re-apply (on the Web) without depositing the application fee.

Note that no further changes/amendments/enhancements are acceptable after the submission of the application fee. Therefore, before submitting the application fee, the candidate must download and save the color printed copy of his/her recent color photograph, accurate information, and signed PDF copy in the said Applicant’s Copy. Applicant’s copy will contain a User ID number and using this User ID the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner for the application fee of 200/- (two hundred) for the post from 13th to 16th grade.
