Candidates who want to participate in the exam can fill out the application form on this website http://csh.teletalk.com.bd. Online application form filling and application fee submission start date and time 06/02/2024 10.00 am. The last date and time for submission of the application form online is 05/03/2024 at 5.00 PM. Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300 × width 80 pixels) and color photo (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and upload it to the designated place. The image size should be a maximum of 100 KB and the signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be one hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before submitting the application form online.

Candidates shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related need and submit one copy during the oral examination. Rules of sending SMS and payment of examination fee: Fill out the application form (Application Form) online properly and upload the picture and signature as per the instructions. Once the application form is submitted, the application preview with the picture can be seen on the computer. Candidates who have submitted the application form correctly will get an Applicant’s Copy with a User ID, Photograph, and Signature.

Candidates should download the Applicant’s Copy print it in color and save it. A User ID number will be provided in the Applicant’s Copy and using the User ID number the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk Pre-paid Mobile number in the following manner regarding the examination fee for examination fee Rs. /- (Two Hundred) Taka and 23 (Twenty Three) Taka for Teletalk Service Charge (non-refundable) Total 223 (Two Hundred and Twenty Three) Taka will be deposited within 72 (Seventy two) hours through Teletalk Pre-paid Mobile Number. All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone given by the candidate in the online application form, so it is forbidden to keep the number active all the time, read the SMS, and follow the received instructions immediately. After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate will download and print the color copy of the admit card with roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time place/center name, etc. Candidate must produce the admit card while appearing in the written test and if passed during the practical oral test. Candidates can recover their User ID and Password by following the below-mentioned SMS procedure only from a Teletalk pre-paid mobile phone.
