The Civil Surgeon office of Feni has recently released a notification for the recruitment of 115 people for 05 posts. Online application for the posts starts from 04-04-2024. Interested candidates can apply online as per the instructions published on the website http://csfeni.teletalk.com.bd. No application will be accepted by direct mail. Online application form filling and examination fee submission start date and time 04/04/24 AD from 10.00 am. The last date and time of submission of the application online is 24/04/24 till 5.00 PM. Candidates who have received a user ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within 72 hours from the time of online application submission. Candidates have to scan their color photograph (length 300•width 300 pixels) and signature (length 300•width 80 pixels) in the online application and upload it at the specified place. Image size should be a maximum of 100 kb Signature size should be a maximum of 60 kb.
Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be one hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before filling out the online application form. Candidates shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related requirements. After completing the online application form by uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions and submitting the application form, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who submit the application form correctly will get a User ID, Photo, and Applicant’s Copy with signature. If any information is wrong in the Applicant’s Copy or the picture is unclear or the picture/signature is not correct then you can apply again. However, no further changes/amendments are acceptable after the submission of the application fee, so before submitting the application fee, the candidate must download/print a color print of his recent color photograph, accurate information, and signature attached to the Applicant’s Copy.
A User ID number will be given in the Applicant’s Copy and later using the User ID the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number regarding the examination fee for the post from Serial No. 01 to 04 (200/-) Taka and service charge of Teletalk Rs.23/-) (Non-refundable) Total Rs.223/- (Two hundred and twenty-three) and for post no.5 (Tk.100/- including Service charge of Teletalk Rs.12/-) (Non-refundable) Total Rs.112/- – (one hundred times taka) will be deposited within 72 hours. It is especially noted that even if all the parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application will not be accepted in any case until the examination fee is submitted.
