Rules/Conditions and Time Limits for Filling Online Application Form. Candidates who want to participate in the exam can fill out the application form on the website (http://csdhaka.teletalk.com.bd). The form should be filled out according to the instructions published on the website. The date and time for filling out the application form online and submitting the application fee are 20 February 2024 at 10.00 am. The last date and time for submission of the online application form is 18th March 2024 at 05.00 PM. Candidates who have received the User ID within the said time limit can submit the examination fee through SMS within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online.

In the online application form, the candidate will scan his color photograph (length 300 X text 300 Pixel) and signature (length 300 X text 80 Pixel) and upload it to the designated place. Image size should be a maximum of 100 KB and the signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled out before submitting the application form online.

The candidate shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related need and submit one copy during the oral examination.
