Interested candidates can fill the application form on this website http://cschapai.teletalk.com.bd. The form should be filled as per the instructions published on the website. Starting date and time for online application form filling and application fee submission is 25/03/2014 AD at 10.00 am. Last date and time of submission of application form online is 14/04/2024 AD till 04.00 PM. Candidates who have received User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submission of application form online. Candidates can retrieve their User ID and Password from Teletalk pre-paid mobile phone by following the SMS procedure described below. After filling the online application form properly and uploading the photo and signature as per the instructions, once the application form is submitted, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer.

If any information is wrong in the Applicant’s Copy or the image is unclear (completely black/completely white/blurry) or the photograph and signature are not correct, one can only re-apply (on the Web) without depositing the application fee. Note that no further changes/amendments/enhancements are acceptable after the submission of the application fee. Therefore, before submitting the application fee, the candidate must download and save the colored photograph, accurate information and signed PDF copy of the Applicant’s Copy. A User ID number will be provided in the Applicant Copy and using the User ID number the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number regarding the examination fee in the following manner:- For Grade 14 to 16 Posts 200/- (Two Hundred) Taka and Total (Non-refundable) 223/- (Two Hundred and Twenty Three) Taka 23/- (Twenty Three) for Service Charge of Teletalk and 100/- (One Hundred) Taka for Grade-19 Posts and Teletalk- Total (non-refundable) Rs 112/- (one hundred times) including service charge of Rs 12/- (once) shall be deposited within 72 (seventy two) hours. It is specially noted that even if all parts of the online application form are submitted and submitted, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted.

Receipt of Admit Card will be intimated in due course on website http://cschapai.teletalk.com.bd or www.cs.chapainawabganj.gov.bd and through SMS on candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates).
