Conditions for filling out the online application form:

• Applicants have to fill out and submit the online job application form on the Chittagong Port Authority website jobscpa.org. The form must be filled in Unicode Bangla;
• In the prescribed space of the online application form, the candidate has to upload a recent color photograph in jpg/jpeg format of 300×300 resolution maximum size of 25 kilobytes and a signature of 300×80 size;

• After submitting the online application form, the candidate has to download and print multiple print copies (hard copies) of his application containing the registration number and Sonali Bank’s Sonali Seva pay slip containing the same registration number. In any branch of Sonali Bank (Except Port Branch, Chittagong) through the said payslip, the fee and bank charges of the prescribed amount for the recruitment test fee should be paid (bank draft/pay-order/DT is not acceptable) and the hard copy of the application should be kept by the candidate. . Recruitment Test Fee 600/- (Six Hundred);

• Submit one set of written/trade test/oral test to the applicant along with the online application copy, attaching attested copies of all certificates, transcripts/mark sheets, trade course certificate, nationality certificate, national identity card, experience certificate as applicable, etc. as proof of age and educational qualification. Submit and produce all original documents;
• The authority reserves the right to cancel the application of any candidate without giving any reason, if the number of candidates is more, they can make a preliminary list after checking the primary eligibility of the applicants based on their educational qualification, marks obtained, or any other standard criteria. The decision of the Chowk in the matter of appointment shall be final;
• Candidates must preserve the copy of the online application;
  The result of the examination in which the candidate will be eligible to apply must be published before the last date of receipt of application;

• The concerned applicant will attend the written/trade test/oral test on the mentioned date and place.

• The authority reserves the right to partially or fully cancel/modify this notification;
